Credit facilities are available subject to approval. All non-account customers must pre-pay orders.
Production of frames and stretched canvases does not begin until payment has been received. Cheques will be banked one week before despatch. For unframed print orders, credit/debit card payment will be taken on day of despatch.

We accept card payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo and Switch. Credit card payments may be subject to a 2.5% handling charge.

Unframed print orders under £30 at trade incur a £5 handling charge in addition to delivery charges. Stretched canvas orders under £75 at trade will incur a £10 handling charge in addition to delivery charges.

Dates quoted for deliveries are approximate. Framed and stretched canvas orders can vary - please ask for further delivery details when ordering. We aim to despatch print-only orders within three working days of order.
Out of stock prints will only be backordered upon request.
Damages and mis-shipments must be reported within three working days as it will not be possible to address queries after this time. Replacements or credits will be made on defective products. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Please do not cut frames, glass or mount board before receipt of your prints as dimensions may vary slightly from those shown in the catalogue. Moulding, mount board and print colours are depicted as accurately as possible but occasional variations do occur. Please check image and paper sizes as some prints are illustrated without borders.
